Made it back to Morro Bay. Glad I did not attempt Death Valley. Once I got out of Carmel and back into the hills, the wind turned into a monster. Very challenging.
Will hang out here a few days and see what happens weatherwise. Saw a lot of flooding on the way here. Farmers are really getting battered.
