The rain has ended. Now a quick bite to eat and back to the cap to try and dry thing out It seems the waterproofing on my tent has failed. The rain fly is leaking and the floor was letting water through like crazy. Things to be dealt with.
Changed plans, out of here in the morning and heading to North Platte for a few days
Somehow Keith, rain believes it simply must be your traveling companion nearly wherever DR rolls. Curious thought process, indeed.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like it. This time beat me. I decided I was not going to re-waterproof my tent. It got trashed. I think I am done camping and long distance riding. Getting too painful. Glad I did it as soon as I retired because I don't think I could do it now.
